Stacey Davis
President
Stacey Davis has decades of experience to provide davisRE and its investors with aggressive asset management, unique insight into property operations, and direct banking relationships. Stacey received his Bachelor's in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and is a 2002 graduate of the Stagen Leadership Institute's Transformational Leadership Program. As the principal of davisRE, Stacey has finalized $176 million worth of deal transactions resulting in a 44% IRR and 2.08x multiple to his investors.
In his prior roles with M West Holdings and TPMC Realty, Stacey was key in creating growth strategies that led to triple-digit percentage increases in revenue and portfolio sizes. He served as President and an Executive Committee Member of Dallas-based TPMC Realty, a commercial real estate management firm. During his tenure on the Executive Committee, TPMC's assets climbed to $150 million while revenues increased to $20 million. Stacey also served as CFO and Controller, and was instrumental in creating TPMC's growth strategy and contributing to its proactive operational environment. His impact on TPMC's industry perception significantly improved the startup's return on investment and dramatically increased the company's leasing rate.
In 2005, Stacey co-opened M West Holdings's West Coast operations, where the company's core portfolio doubled and increased earnings by 150 percent. With his strong history of improving asset growth and boosting public perception, Stacey has a proven track record for analyzing and building real estate value.
Andrew Hanson

Andrew Hanson leads acquisitions at davisRE, sourcing and executing value-add multifamily investments across Dallas Fort Worth and select Texas markets. He brings over a decade of multifamily transaction experience, combining market knowledge with disciplined underwriting and relationship-driven deal sourcing.
